I'm Lindsey, a PCC-certified Executive Coach with over 35 years of experience as a senior executive in Human Resources and Leadership Development across global organisations. I bring deep expertise in organisational health, employee engagement, performance management and inclusion, having led and partnered with teams and leaders at the highest levels across multiple countries and sectors. As a PCC and ACTC credentialed coach with the International Coaching Federation — the global gold standard for professional coaching — I am fully committed to their core competencies and ethical values in every session.

The name Avandra is inspired by the goddess of change, freedom, and adventure — known as "The Change Bringer" and "She Who Makes the Path." These two titles are at the very heart of everything I do. Like Avandra, I believe that change is not something that happens to us — it's something we can choose, shape, and walk towards with courage. Every moment holds the potential for transformation, and every path begins with a single step forward.
I chose this name because it reflects the kind of coaching I offer: not prescriptive, not directive, but deeply empowering. You are the one who makes your path. I'm here to help you find it.
